Please be aware that through placing an order with us, you are agreeing to follow these policies.

ORDERS + DELIVERY

All Cara Lowe Studio products are assembled by hand, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Due to this, lead times may vary. We will update you promptly on the status of your order, through confirmation to dispatch. Please get in touch with Cara Lowe Studio to enquire on the status of your order at any time if you wish.

Orders are dependent on current stock and availability. In the rare event that it’s not possible to fufil your order, you will be emailed within 5 working days and be fully refunded for any orders that cannot be met.

PAYMENT

Regarding payment, all listed products are the property of Cara Lowe Studio until they are paid for in full.

Products will be sent between 1-5 days of order placement. In the rare event of an order taking over 5 working days, Cara will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date for your item(s). Please do bear in mind that the the specific time + date stated for delivery is an estimate . If your order is of great urgency (e.g. for a gift or special occassion) kindly get in touch with Cara and she will do her best to make this happen for you.

CUSTOMS

For orders outside the UK, please bear in mind that due to Brexit those purchasing from overseas may be charged customs and VAT when their orders reach their country. As these charges are decided by different government officials of each respective country, they are outside the control of Cara Lowe Studio.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact Cara within 28 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a refund/exchange, providing it’s unworn / in its original condition. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons due to piercings.

Additionally, Cara cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch through email and we will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge or offer you a full refund once item has been returned for assessment.

REPAIRS

Although made to last, Cara Lowe Studio provides a repairs service on all purchases in the case of wear & tear, production fault or lost earrings. Please get in touch with Cara via email to arrange this. As repairs are a case-by-case basis, you may incur a repair or replacement charge if a repair request is placed more than 6 months after purchase.
